VIDEO: Obi Asika Discusses about the Growth of Nigerian Music At Home and Elsewhere

The CEO, Storm 360 Mr. Obi Asika speaking seriously in relation to how Nigerian music got accepted and became huge amongst Nigerians in Nigeria.

 He furthermore talked about how big the industry is in numbers by way of mobile ring back tones and affirmed that the networks made about $150m from Nigerian music in 2011. Mr. Asika also lamented on some frustration in the revenue sharing between the network providers and the artists which is at present on 85/15% scale; 85 for the network providers and 15 for artist.
